"For more than 15 years, I have been collecting ideas for my dream kitchen.
I spoke to several contractors and all said 3-6 months without a kitchen!
My husband would not tolerate this. So I found RHIO.
Had the privilege to see the Wellmann's house which they built and some of the homes they fixed up.
In 6 days I had my dream kitchen. I have to say the staff was wonderful, no cussing, no smoking, very little talking
- it was as if they knew what the other was thinking. Every night they cleaned up the mess.
Bryan was very instrumental in decisions such as position of lighting, little things that a layman would not even think of.
I believe that I have a showcase kitchen - finally! Thank you and God has blessed all of you with your wonderful talents."

We know from past experience that customers bother you when they
have a problem or something just isn't right. This circumstance
is completely opposite. From the very beginning when I met all the workers, and Bryan, it was a very different experience.
The roofing crew was fun to have around. They were very considerate
of our property, and always cleaned up after themselves.
The building crew was great also. They would joke
and sing while they worked, but if that's what makes the work perfect,
then they should continue to do it! They also were considerate of our home.
Bryan himself came and oversaw the concrete work that was being done.
He treated us as if we had been good friends for a long time.
Every crew member treated us with respect, even though I changed a few
things along the way. They took it in stride and accomplished the task that was asked of them.
If we ever have future work done at our home, I assure
you that Reliable Home Improvements will be the first business we call.
Also, we have had many compliments on how attractive the work is and
compliments our home; that was what we wanted to accomplish and YOU did that.

Let me add our voices to the others on this comment page who are pleased
with the work by Reliable. Even though I've done a lot of my own work on
my "fixer upper", I still jokingly refer to my house as "house by Reliable".
Everything they've done with the house has been done to the highest standard.
I've seen them start a project, not be happy with it because it wasn't "just
right" and start again until it gets right (without me first complaining!).
How many contractors do you know that do that!
I've never been anything
but absolutely pleased with the results of the many projects (doors, roof,
deck, concrete pad, bathroom) they've performed for us. On a few occasions,
Reliable might not have been the absolutely lowest bid (although sometimes they were)
- but they have always provided the best quality for a reasonable price.
It was worth a few extra bucks for great results. Remember, sometimes,
you get what you pay for! You use Reliable - you get the best. Thanks Bryan and crew!

Ten years ago we were adding a full bathroom upstairs and called Bryan
for some help. Since that time, Bryan and Reliable Home Improvements
have become a household name. I am very glad to say that in the ten
years that we have owned our home, Bryan and Reliable Home Improvements

commend your foreman, Tim for the excellent quality work you did in the
remodeling of our home. The two rooms and vaulted ceiling with the fireplace
looks great.
Both Karin and I appreciate the warm and professional attitude
of your employees and the attention to both the big picture and the smallest
details. Major remodeling is usually a one-time event for homeowners. While
most of our friends have less than positive experiences with other companies,
our experience with your company was great. It was a pleasure to work with your
company. Our home was kept clean and the workers did not use inappropriate language.

We have recommended your company to several friends. Recently,
a construction friend dropped by for a visit. He was much impressed with the

them also. The men were very professional in their work, courteous and very
conscientious about keeping everything clean and not disturbing the rest of the

We have had them (Reliable) remodel our kitchen last year and this spring they
rebuilt our Florida room. We have found them to truly live up to their name
Reliable! We really appreciated how they operated with Integrity. They always
responded to our calls when we had questions or needed some follow-up. They
were prompt, polite, and really did very good work! Everyone that sees our
kitchen cupboards remarks how lovely the kitchen is. We have recommended them
to all of our friends and would certainly never hesitate to have them do other

We recently had Reliable Home Improvement of Ohio build a 20x26 foot room
addition on our existing house and have been extremely happy with the results.
The roofing tiles and siding are a perfect match and the workmanship is excellent.
Bryan, Kevin and the crew were willing to work within our holiday timeline, over
the Christmas period, making the whole process fairly painless. They did all this
and came in under budget as well. I would highly recommend Reliable Home Improvement

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bryan, Kevyn and the crew at
Reliable Home Improvement for the excellent job they did in replacing two
single car garage doors with one large door, it make access to the garage so
much easier. The car also thanks them since I no longer run into the side
of the garage. This is something I should have had done years ago. They
also replaced the hidden stairs in the garage as well as replacing the storm
door in the front of the house. They did such a great job I have invited
them back to install a shower in the bathroom, I am sure they will do an
excellent job on this project as well. Again I would like to thank the
entire staff at Reliable for an excellent job.

We have had Reliable do several home improvements and did the same this year
with a new kitchen floor and bathroom remodel this year. As usual Bryan and
his team did an excellent job. What is really nice about this company is that
if there is something that isn't working to your liking etc. they are quick to
come out and take care of it. Bryan came out 3 times to fix the new bathtub
drain and it now works great!

"We had a car run into the back of our house doing damage to windows, siding, french doors as well as significant damage to our deck. Bryan re-quoted the repair work (3) different times to accommodate different approaches to putting our house back in order. Bryan worked with us to reduce costs where possible without compromising the quality of the repairs. The job was completed in a timely manner with every aspect of the repairs done with the upmost quality and professionalism. When the job was done there were no hidden charges, the price quoted was what was due.
